ONGOING: MON Night Trivia! Wonderland Ballroom, Neighborhood Bar in Columbia Heights, 7:00–10:00pm, Free

I just found out that this Columbia Heights neighborhood bar hosts a Trivia Night on Mondays from 7:00-10:00.

Wonderland is one of those bars that cater to laid back locals and since it’s in the middle of a neighborhood surrounded by houses, it really feels like you aren’t even in the city in some ways. In the summers, their large outdoor patio with picnic tables is filled with folks drinking beers and eating burgers, and I am sure you can still head out there to smoke or hang out if the weather is nice. The Trivia Competition begins at 7:00 and there are also drink specials and prizes available. I know they also host a karaoke night there, but I’m not sure what night. Wonderland is just a few blocks from the Columbia Heights Metro at the corner of 11^th and Kenyon St, NW.

By the way, I just read on their myspace that they have Free Wireless internet access as well!
