ONGOING & UPCOMING: SAT, 11:00am, Cemetery Tours at Congressional Cemetery, 1801 E St, SE, Something a little different to do!
Looking for something different to do on a Saturday Morning? Congressional Cemetery offers free Cemetery Tours on Saturdays at 11:00am. I went on one years ago and I have to say that it was pretty cool. I went with a group and we all got gothed out and even had a picnic there. Though Halloween has passed, I still think that Fall is the perfect time for this tour. Cemetery is not metro accessible, though it may be by bus. You can check metro's website. Address is 1801 E St, SE. Call 202-543-0539 for more info.
