
So, the Corcoran is one of the “not free” museums in town but it is oh, so worth visiting! I saw the Andy Warhol show there not too long ago and will certainly head over to check out the latest exhibits which feature two of my favorite photographers, Annie Leibovotz and Ansel Adams. You could even consider this a buy-one-get-one since either of these artists would be worth the price of admission! Admission to the special exhibits at the museum is regularly $14.00. Please consult their website to learn more about the benefits of becoming a member, which may be worth it if you plan to go more than a few times a year. For some people, like my brother, who happens to be a photographer and visits often, a membership may be the best way to go.
