I just learned that they give free Intro Presentations every Saturday at 1:00pm in Bethesda! TM has been around a long time and is practiced by many people all over the world. I saw David Lynch, yes the film maker, speak about the benefits of TM at AU a few years back with some of the scientists from the movie "What the Bleep" and you can learn more about Transcendental Meditation at the Bethesda Peace Palace, located at 5420 Edson Lane in North Bethesda. I've not been there yet so I am not sure if it is accessible by metro. You can check metro website to see if they have buses that go out there.
