PAST: SAT, DEC 8th, 1:00 - 3:00pm "Party at PANGEA" at 21st & Penn! Stop by this Fair Trade Eco-Friendly Store & Cafe, Andean Music & Free Coffee

Did you know that the DC area is home to some of the best eco-friendly craft shops? I'll have to do another post about those but for now I just wanted to pass along to invite to check out Pangea if you haven't been there yet. It's a great way to support great causes and to find unique gifts for the difficult to shop for folks on your list... or for yourself!

You can stop by Pangea's Open House this Saturday, December 8th, and receive 15% off all merchandise... including brand new products from Guatemala, Kenya, and South Africa, complimentary coffee and panini samples. The Open House is an all day celebration from 9:00am - 7:00pm. They'll even have Live Andean music from 1:00pm-3:00pm.

Pangea is located at
2121 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, near GWU campus, close to Farragut West Metro or Foggy Bottom Metro. In addition to being a retail store, Pangea also serves pre-made sushi and sandwiches, fair trade coffee from green mountain and other treats. They also happen to be a secret spot for internet, and you don't even have to bring your own computer. Just be respectful if others are waiting to go online. Please visit their website to learn more about their mission and the people behind the products.
