Sunday Night Meditation class hosted by IMCW
Meditation is held at All Souls Church located at 16th and Harvard St, accessible by bus or metro. See previous posts for complete details. Meditation is from 6:00 - 7:30, though there is a shorter meditation along with a veggie potluck on the second Sunday of every month. This is a super group. Donations are not required, though appreciated. Suggested is $10. http://www.imcw.org/
Free Concerts at the National Gallery of Art
Fabulous concerts every Sunday eve! Show up early to ensure seating. When I go to free events like this, I am reminded of why DC is such a great city! http://www.nga.gov/programs/music/
In the winter months, there's always Ice Skating on the Mall at the NGA Sculpture Garden. Sun eves tend to be less crowded than other weekend eves so it's a good time to check it out!
