Professionals from Sweet Green, Hook and Le Pain Quotienne will join us for a panel discussion on what it means to eat green – from ingredients, to restaurant practices and the interior design. They'll provide an organic and sustainable menu sampling, as well as a lively discussion on eaterie-related environmental issues: local vs. organic, compost-able vs. recyclable. Gourmet and eco-friendly delicacies will be served.
