5:00pm - 6:00 pm - Experience our Restore & Renew Wellness Clinic Model
Experience the Restore & Renew Wellness Clinic yourself! Sit in the ear acupuncture circle . . . lie on a therapeutic bodywork table . . . feel your stress melt away . . . experience the healing field that is created. We are thrilled with the opportunity to share with you what caregivers at Walter Reed experience every Wednesday.
About HealingWorks: We are a group of acupuncturists and therapeutic body workers whose mission is: "To bring ancient healing traditions that restore and renew the body-mind-spirit of people touched by trauma -- creating peace for one family, one community, one world -- one person at a time." We have offered reduced fee, sliding-scale services to military members, their families and their caregivers since 2003. We have brought our healing hands to the caregivers who care for our nation's wounded at Walter Reed Army Medical Center since Nurse's Week 2005. See the data that has been collected during their first 9-months at: www.crossingshealingworks.org, "Reports"
