9:00pm- V-Day Reception featuring EVE ENSLER and a live performance by THREE GENERATIONS. Celebrating the end of the V-Day "Turning Pain to Power" tour and the end of violence against women at Busboys and Poets! V-Day is going on a five-city North American speaking tour featuring V-Day founder, Eve Ensler and Dr. Denis Mukwege, winner of the 2008 UN Human Rights Prize.

This finale reception will include speeches by Ms. Ensler and Dr. Mukwege, as well as a live performance by Three Generations. EVE ENSLER, playwright, performer, and activist, is the author of THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES. Her experience performing The Vagina Monologues inspired her to create V-Day, the global movement to end violence against women and girls. DR. MUKWEGE is the Founder of the ground breaking PANZI Hospital in the Congo which specializes in helping victims of sexual violence.

A powerful acapella group comprised of three women, *THREE GENERATIONS* is a traveling musical theater company dedicated to the preservation of Native American and African song and storytelling. Each member of the company presents what their generation has to offer showing the beauty from blues to hip-hop and everything in between leaving the audience spellbound.
