UPCOMING & ONGOING: Other QiGong / Tai Chi Offerings at All Souls on WED & SUN eves and SAT mornings, $10

Speaking of QiGong, classes are also offered by long time teacher Peter Mosher and Dr. Nathan Peabody on Sunday evenings, Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings at All Souls, 16th & Harvard St, NW.

Chi Kung (also spelled Qigong) is an ancient Chinese healing art that helps improve breathing, brain function, coordination, balance, and muscle tone. Movements flow from one to the next in a prescribed series, and leave the practitioner with a great sense of health and well-being.

Note: On Sunday evenings there is a really great meditation group that follows if you want to stick around, led by IMCW teachers. No cost but donations are requested to cover room rental.
