PAST: DANCE: African Dance Class with Malcolm X Drummers and Dancers SAT, June 27th, 10:00am - 11:30am, Free for new folks!

The Malcolm X Drummers and Dancers, who are normally in Malcolm X Park on Sundays, are hosting an African Dance Class this Saturday, June 27th from from 10:00am to 11:30am at the Festival Center in Adams Morgan, located at 1640 Columbia Rd, NW, at the corner of Mozart Place. Wakili McNeill will teach the class, which will be held in the conference room on the 1st floor of the building. If you go, the first class is Free! Each class thereafter is $10.

Metro: You can walk from Columbia Heights, yellow or green line, about ten minutes, or metro to Woodley Park or Dupont Circle. From Woodley, you can take the Circulator to Irving St and walk back about four blocks or take the 42 bus from Dupont Circle right to the corner of Mozart and Columbia directly outside of the building.
