More play! Free Contact Improv Workshop this Saturday at Artomatic from 2:00pm - 3:30pm.
I took this class a few weeks ago when it was offered and it was so much fun that Rob is offering it again! I will be out of town this weekend but I definitely recommend it! It's a great way to reconnect with your body, the joy in movement and new people in a playful format. If you like to move and like physical contact with other people, I definitely recommend checking out this free workshop and learning more about contact improv. No dance experience necessary, just come in comfy clothes with an open mind. The class will be held on the 6th floor dance stage at Artomatic.
