You are invited to be a part of this afternoon of transcendental sound and to explore the yoga of kirtan. The emphasis of this class will be on the inner meaning and experience of chanting; exploring a variety of kirtan mantras, moods, and relationships. The class will also take a look at how Sanskrit is properly pronounced and chanted, using the Bhagavad-gita and the names of different asanas as examples.This class is a portion of Neva's Inner Domain Teacher Training (she is a yoga instructor at yoga chai) that is open to the public: your voluntary donation will be gratefully accepted.
