See DC through the eyes of a local who lives in the city and is plugged into the scene. All events are free, donation-based, or $10 or less and accessible by Metro or bus in VA, MD or DC.

PAST: Fringe Festival runs through SUN, July 26th NOTE: Shows are $15 each or you can buy a discount pass
Last week for the Fringe Festival. Ends this Sunday, July 26th. Please see their website for complete list of Fringe Festival performances, pass discounts and special events. Please note that each person will need a button to attend a show. You get one button with each pack-pass or you can buy them individually for $5 per button. Be sure to ask for a list of places where you get discounts with the button. Some DC area businesses and restaurants are offering promotions for button holders.
