Open Mic Night (music and poetry) this Friday at The Potter's House. Open Mics at Sounds of Hope take place on the last Friday of every month and are always free! The tip jar goes to "Sopa a las Dos" -- which is the fund that allows Potter's House to serve "Soup at 2:00" Monday through Friday to whomever is in need of a warm, free meal.
At this Friday's Open Mic, which starts at 7pm, the MC is a cool cat named Terrence J. Delectable dinner is available, the bookstore is open, and off-street parking is yours for the taking.
