I just found out that the YWCA in Chinatown offers a range of exercise classes during the week, Monday - Thursday, that are only $6 and don’t require a membership! Learn more about this Health & Wellness program on the YWCA website here! A great compliment for those of you who may have a gym in your building or simply prefer to run, bike, walk, dance or do yoga and can't afford a monthly gym membership.
