National Capital Area YWCA Week Without Violence will host a free self-defense class for women and men tonight! On Friday there will also be a Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention Expo at MLK Library.
I also just found out that YWCA also offers a range of exercise classes during the week that are only $6 and don’t require a membership! Learn more about this Health & Wellness program on the YWCA website here!
