WNO will offer a range of free and public programs intended to reach new audiences and promote the appreciation of opera. Newly added events include “A Community in Bloom: A Ward 7 Community Culture Project” and a free concert by WNO’s Domingo-Cafritz Young Artists at the Rotunda, in the Russell Senate Office Building.
