Saturday, December 5th 2:00pm - 4:00pm Free and open to the public The Asian Division Friends Society hosts their Free Annual Open House this Saturday in the Asian Reading Room. This year’s theme is “Performing Arts in Asian Cultures.” Featured performers include Zhao Fei, a Chinese Beijing Opera performer from Washington Chinese Performing Artists Federation (WCPAF); Antora Rahman, a Bangladesh dancer, and Janaki Rangarajan, an Indian dancer. Reference librarians from each of these teams will be present at this event and able to answer questions about the collections.
