Terra Cotta Warriors: Guardians of China's First Emperor

Soldiers. Charioteers. Archers. Musicians. Generals. Acrobats. Stand face-to-face with fifteen of the thousands of life-size clay figures, which were buried in massive underground pits to accompany China's first emperor, Qin Shihuangdi, into the afterlife. Treasures from the tomb complex also include weapons, armor, coins, and more.

Alexandria Symphony – Tchaikovsky & Ellington!

The Alexandria Symphony brings The Nutcracker Suite to the Rosslyn Spectrum in two fantastic versions: Tchaikovsky's original and Duke Ellington's highly inventive jazz-band arrangement. Kick-off the holiday season with The Nutcracker as you know it (Tchaikovsky) and as you've never heard it before (Ellington).
