For centuries, fragrance and perfume have been used to initiate moods and feelings. A single inhalation can incite feelings of pain or pleasure. In this intriguing lecture, neuro-endocrinologist and director of the Taste & Smell Clinic, Robert I. Henkin, MD will explore the scientific answer to why smell and memory are connected and discuss the philosophical and pathological implications. Complementing Dr. Henkin's discussion, Ada Polla, president and CEO of the international skincare line, Alchimie Forever, will address the market value of perfume and how fragrance affects our everyday lives. Alchimie Forever's award-winning skin care products will also be available for purchase.

Seating will be available on a first come, first served basis.
