Chef Marcus Samuelsson will be conducting a free cooking demo at Macy’s downtown on Thursday. You may have seen Marcus on Bravo as a contestant on the new season of Top Chef Masters. Marcus was born in Ethiopia and raised in Sweden and his international background continues to influence his cooking. After the demo, he’ll sign copies of his cookbook which will be available for purchase at the event. More info about the event here.
