Call for Artists for Fete de la Musique on June 18th, Thought some of you might be interested

The Alliance Francaise is seeking local musicians who are interested in performing at this year's annual Fete de la Musique on June 18th.

Inspired by the tradition that takes place every year in Paris and all over France where musicians play in the streets to celebrate the beginning of summer, The Alliance Française brings this celebration of music to Washington again this June to showcase local musical talent. Though bands will not be paid for their performances, the Alliance Française will provide performance space and promotional support and is a great opportunity for local emerging musicians to reach out to the community and expand their audience.

If you are interested in performing, email your name, bio, and some music samples to Sonia Lahcerne at assistant@francedc.org by June 10th.
