Free concert featuring the Claudio Roditi Quartet from Brazil and the Eddie Palmieri Latin Jazz Band.

You can pick up free tickets at Lisner, their box office is open Tuesday - Friday, 11:00am - 5:00pm. I am not sure if you need to wait until the day of the show to pick them up or if you can get them in advance. The website said "On the evening of a performance, the Box Office will open 90 to 60 minutes before show time and will sell tickets for that event only." so you may want to just call to confirm.
