ARTventures on H St, Art Walk

Galleries and art spaces along the H Street Corridor will open their doors to the Capitol Hill community for a special neighborhood art walk. Participants will each be given an ARTventures “passport,” to be stamped at each stop on the art walk. For every stamp received, attendees receive an increased discount at more than ten participating restaurants that evening from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
At the Open House, you can learn about the converted R.L. Christian Kiosk and the Digital Arts Lab, view presentations on the H Street retail mapping & storytelling projects, see a streetcar model display and find out about Digital Capital Week activities!
Digital Capital Week is the District’s first-ever festival focused on technology, innovation and all things digital in the nation’s capital. Taking place June 11-20, the H Street NE kiosk will act as a temporary hub for festival attendees and the community to incubate ideas and launch projects. The Pop-Up lab is powered by Affinity Lab, and DC partners include the Office of Planning, the Department of Real Estate Services, and the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. The Pop-Up Lab is a Temporary Urbanism project to activate vacant spaces in DC.
