This Friday night, The Potter's House welcomes back the fabulous Golda Solomon from NYC as she performs her words to amazing improv jazz with Dan Lipsitz on sax. Also featuring poet Elizabeth Lara, local rapper Ernesto Lara and a variety of musical friends. Golda is a poet who fuses Jazz into her words and works with live musicians, she is quiet a treat to see live and she only comes to DC once a year for this special event. Metro: Columbia Heights or Woodley Park and take the Circulator bus to Ontario Rd, near the Safeway, or walk about 15 - 20 minutes. You can also take the 42 bus from Dupont Circle north toward Mt Pleasant and get off at Mozart Place.
