Celebrate July 4th on the steps of the National Archives Building on Constitution Avenue between 7th and 9th Streets. Commemorate July 4th with Mistress of Ceremonies, Maureen Bunyan, ABC7/WJLA-TV news anchor, and an annual dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence led by very special guests.

Note also that The National Archives Experience will offer extended viewing hours for the Charters of Freedom until 9:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend in celebration of July 4th!
