Krista will have a few mats on hand for those who do not have one. If you do have one, please bring it! She'll also have blankets and blocks to use during class. If you haven't taken a class with Krista before, please try to arrive a few minutes early.

Metro: Cleveland Park, see map for visual, walk south on Connecticut Ave, turn right on Newark St and turn right on 33rd Pl. It's a really nice, but hilly, residential area, suggest you have comfy shoes. Guess its about a ten - fifteen minute walk from the metro.
