NUTRITION CLASS for People Living with Illness & Caregivers Local, Seasonal, Organic: Farmers' Market & Cooking Demonstration Saturday | July 24 | 9:30AM-12:00PM | FREE Begin the morning with a cooking demonstration and of prepared, seasonal produce available at area farmers' markets. Then take a field trip to the nearby 14th & U Street farmers' market where we will shop confidently using what we learned. Each class will feature different recipes.
