This urban street fair is held annually on Washington, DC’s oldest commercial corridor, 8th Street, SE, known as Barracks Row, between E Street, SE, and I Street, SE. Highlights include the Military Chef's Cook-Off (Paul Prudhomme "The Ragin' Cajun", will be doing a book signing at the cook-off ), Chesty the Bulldog, many children's activities, live music, craft booths, a petting zoo, and tours of the Barracks and the Commandant's home. The Redskin's Cheerleaders will also be on hand, and the Row's restaurants will also be having sidewalk seating and running a lot of great specials.
