  1. FREE Kundalini Yoga
    Friday, September 9, 2011, 7:00 PM

Kundalini Yoga is one of the more spiritual types of yoga. It goes beyond the physical performance of poses with its emphasis on breathing, meditation, mudras and chanting.

Come and enjoy a complimentary class on Sept 9th @ 7pm!

A Maryland native, Rose began practicing yoga in 2001 to help ease the stress of law school. In 2009, she discovered the amazing power of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan and became a KRI certified instructor in 2010.

Kundalini is described as the “Yoga of Awareness.” Through the Kundalini kriyas and meditation, Rose strives to help others tap into their own inner strength and naturally intuitive abilities so that they may embrace their own true identities as they journey through life. Sat Nam!
