PAST: Happy Thanksgiving! Great day to practice Gratitude!
Recently I heard of a practice that asks you to reflect on "What went well today?" If you ask yourself that question, you can talk about, or journal about it. Great daily practice you can try keeping with the mindset of gratitude. See how it goes. Next time someone asks you how you are, you can reply by telling them something that is going well for you and instead of asking them how they are ask them what went well for you today!
