Join Susan Lowell from Tenleytown Tai Chi and learn about the flowing movements of this time-honored Chinese martial art which weaves together meditation and relaxation with the wisdom of Chinese medicine. Experience a gentle, traditional movement system which emphasizes softness and stability, comfort and awareness as a path to improved health, and find out why it is celebrated by NIH, the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medical School.
All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in the class. Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Chairs will be provided for those who want to take a break and observe.
