Outside on the National Mall, between the Natural History Museum and the Smithsonian Castle. They are asking folks to wear a red, blue, yellow, or green shirt and to bring  bubbles (bottle of bubbles that you can conceal in your pocket or purse), Also, please do not listen to the track before the event.

Improv Everywhere is a New York City-based prank collective that causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places. Created in August of 2001 by Charlie Todd, Improv Everywhere has executed over 100 missions involving tens of thousands of undercover agents. Read more about them here.
