Bardo Brewpub has organized a Free DC Brewery Bike Tour

From the invite: "We got rained out last week, so we are gonna do it this week. The bi-monthly ride starts at 1pm and goes from the Takoma metro to 3 Stars Brewing then down the Metropolitan Branch Trail to New Columbia distillery before heading to the beer garden at Bardo for pints, Oktoberfest beers, cornhole and food by Mother Rucker's Subs. The ride will cover 10 miles."

NOTE: Buses replace trains between Fort Totten & Silver Spring, Takoma station is closed this weekend.
Metro: Takoma - FYI you can bring your bike on the metro any time on the weekends, no extra charge. Looks like the station is closed though and they will be running a shuttle bus this weekend, you can also put your bike on the bus really easily, racks in the front of the bus, if you don't want to bike there or home on top of the ten mile tour.
