International workshop facilitator, author, consultant, personal life coach, creative social activist, and advocate for peace, Joe Weston, will be giving a free intro to his work on Respectful Confrontation.

If you have any interest in non-violent communication, conflict resolution, peace building, martial arts, psychology, meditation, self-centering, grounding, learning about projection or simply want to learn more about how you can stand more in your own power and express your needs, I recommend attending this workshop! Joe blends so many areas of interest together in a wonderful, unique, and embodied way.

I normally don't write testimonials but I have to say that highly recommend attending this free intro night with Joe Weston if you can! I took a one day workshop with him over the summer and it was incredibly moving, engaging, transformative and empowering. I have taken a lot of workshops in my day and say this with deep gratitude and sincerity. It really gave me a great deal of insight into myself and into the way that others perceive me and I felt humbled, empowered and inspired by the work. The passion and presence that Joe exudes is really beautiful to witness as well.

At the intro, you'll have a chance to learn more about the Respectful Confrontation® practices and principles and to connect with members of this emerging community, dedicated to supporting one another in the process of personal and community empowerment. If you can't make it to the workshop I recommend checking out his book, Mastering Respectful Confrontation, and his other upcoming workshops in DC. Happy to say that after years in Holland and time in the Bay Area, he is now based in DC!

From the invite: "This Introduction Evening offers you a taste of the exercises and theory explored in the trainings and provides an overview of the foundations of the practices of Respectful Confrontation®. Learn about compassionate engagement, and reframe views onconfrontation, assertiveness, and true power leading to greater self-confidence, personal fulfillment and peaceful interactions with others. Benefits include: Personal freedom and skill with empowered collaborative engagement; more influence at work; deepening of relationships; success in achieving life goals; keen self-expression; inner peace."
