A celebration of Brazilian music and culture, with everything from Brazilian food to performances of frevo and capoeira. All female drumming group, Batala, performs at 2:00pm.

DC Jazz Loft at Montserrat House on U St

This is the first D.C. Jazz Loft at Montserrat House, an intimate arts venue on the U Street Corridor. The lineup includes Michael Bowie's Siné Qua Non, a genre-breaking five-piece that reinterprets everything from Sting to Abbey Lincoln to Spanish classical guitar music; the Howard "Kingfish" Franklin Quintet; and the Pete Muldoon Project. The venue offers a full bar.
