This Friday, the National Archives welcomes TV personality, author and entrepreneur, Chef Andrés - who is also the Chief Culinary Advisor for their new exhibition, "What's Cooking, Uncle Sam?" Andrés will discuss the history of American food and cooking, science and cooking, and share his love of food. Book signing to follow the talk.
