Learn more about New Culture and the upcoming summer camp with Michael Rios and Sarah Taub.

My friends with New Culture are hosting an intro eve this Monday night in Arlington, a short bus ride or taxi ride from the Ballston Metro. Explore themes such as curiosity and transparency and how they go along with other attitudes such as compassion, non-attachment, being “at choice”, personal power and responsibility. You'll also have a chance to hear about New Culture community events (evenings, weekends, and the annual Summer Camps (the East Coast Summer Camp will be at the beautiful Abrams Creek Campground in the mountains of WV (see pics of the creek and swimming hole) from July 11th - 21st this year). This group is unique one that encourages co-creation, curiosity, connection and community. New Culture embraces concepts from intentional communities with the intention of bringing them out into the greater world and feeling connected to a larger community that lives with intention and greater consciousness of how our actions impact ourselves, those we are close to, our community, the world and the planet.

If you have questions, feel free to email va@cfnc.us or call 703-534-2298. You'll need to RSVP by phone or email to get the exact address and directions. If you need a ride from the metro, they may be able to coordinate. You'll easily be able to get a ride back to the metro if you need.

Metro: This location is just under 2 miles from the Ballston Metro, located close to Seven Corners as well, just off of Wilson Blvd. You can catch a bus from the Ballston metro that runs along Wilson to N Arlington Mill Drive or call Micheal and Sarah to see if someone might be able to pick you up at the Metro. It's also not too far if you want to hop a cab and someone can easily drop you back at the metro.
