A day full of free music and dance performances, workshops, artistic demonstrations and hands-on art activities celebrating the music of Brazil! The centerpiece of this celebration will be a re-creation of the original Jazz Samba album from start to finish, with new arrangements and added orchestrations for choir, and featuring jazz chanteuse Veronneau and harmonica virtuoso Hendrik Meurkens. This year, the festival takes place across the entire campus, with performances indoors and outside. Read more here.

Note: Strollers are allowed outdoors, but to facilitate movement through the buildings, they will not be allowed inside the Music Center or Mansion. Stroller parking will be available outside the buildings.

5301 Tuckerman Lane - North Bethesda, MD
Metro: Grosvenor, cross the street to the left or take the walkway bridge across from the parking garage to get to the Strathmore campus. Driving? Parking: All parking is in the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Garage (enter at 5301 Tuckerman Lane), which is currently free on weekends. Additional parking may be found at the meters along Tuckerman Lane.
