Art Opening for Wayson Jones at Glen Echo Park in MD

Wayson Jones explores the properties of acrylic paints and gel media in his solo exhibition Jewels at the Stone Tower Gallery. Jones plays with perspective in his collages to encourage viewers to question the world around them.

this exhibit was to find artists who showed “individual viewpoints within the context of the work.”

The new exhibition at HEMPHILL celebrates the works of artist William de Looper and showcases his works from 1964-1970. Visitors can see how de Looper infused his canvases with color to create each piece.
