Free Blues Dance in Dupont Circle this Sunday afternoon as a part of a weekend-long dance exchange, Red Hot Blues n BBQ, organized Capital Blues. New to Blues Dancing? There will be a beginner lesson around noon to get your feet grooving

Keep the dance going afterwards by heading up to Meridian Hill Park for the weekly drum circle, which goes til sunset, and starting at 9:00pm you can head back down on U St for Red Hot Blues & BBQ 2014: Josh Fialkoff and the Downtown Shimmy at Liv Nightclub, though that one has a $15 cover. Stay up late enough and you can head over to The Keep, a private home just off of Georgia Ave in Petworth, for a free house party with more dancing from 1:30am - 4:00am.
