Live in VA and curious about Meditation? Come on out to this free workshop in Chantilly on Thursday!

"We live in a fast paced world, filled with challenges and constant demands made on our precious time. Wouldn't it be nice if we could step back, take a little vacation from all the tension and find a place filled with joy, bliss and peace? When we learn how to meditate, we find such a place within our very selves. We discover a ready remedy, a source of all calm, light and wondrous new realms that await us, without ever leaving our easy chair! Meditation can be practiced daily so we can connect with this inner paradise any time we wish, and this helps us to meet our daily challenges with greater vitality, creativity and confidence. Discover how you can learn to tap inside at this free meditation workshop facilitated by Gerry Gorman."

This event is organized in partnership with the Science of Sprituality, an organization that offers free meditation workshops throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including the DC area. Learn more about SOS DC and the Science of Spirituality DC Chapter and Jyoti Meditation on their website and feel free to connect with them on facebook and twitter as well @SOS_WashDC.
