"Find out how meditation can awaken us to our higher purpose, connect us to the source of all happiness within us, and help us lead more enriching and productive lives. In this talk participants will learn a simple but powerful method of meditation that can transform your life spiritually. Participants will learn how meditation can help heal us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Learn how meditation can connect one to the universal fountainhead of divine peace, bliss, and illumination within us. Through meditation each of us can experience more peaceful, enriching and meaningful lives. Join Gerry Gorman who has been meditating for over 30 years for this inspiring workshop."

About the facilitator: Gerry Gorman has been a student of meditation for over 30 years and has studied with two of the most respected mystics of our time: Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj and Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj. Professionally, he has worked as an engineer, engineering manager, and business development executive for a number of computer controls and technology companies and he now runs his own controls company.

Metro: This location is best reached by car, and there is free parking available in the lot. The library is accessible by bus, but not so close to a metro. Metrobus Routes 15K and 15L, the "Chain Bridge Road" line, travel between the Rosslyn Metro Station and Dolley Madison Community Library. Metrobus Routes 23A, B, C, and T, the "McLean-Crystal City" Line, travel from the Ballston Metro Station to within 5 blocks      of the Dolley Madison , Library.
