ZAMI: A Circle of LGBTQ Cultural Performances & Discussions presents: Author Jasbir Puar, in conversation with Professor Kara Thompson, discusses her book, "Terrorist Assemblages: Homonationalism in Queer Times" and her more recent book titled, "Inhumanist Occupation: Sex,
Affect, and Palestine/Israel" More on this event here. Puar will sign copies of the book, on sale at the Busboys and Poets Bookstore, after the talk.
Jasbir K. Puar is Associate Professor of Women’s & Gender Studies at Rutgers University. She has also been a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Performance Studies at NYU and a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Cultural Inquiry in Berlin. Read more.
