Informal brown-bag lunch discussion - held in Chinatown. Educators, students, and anyone else with an interest in theatre education are invited to discuss theatre education. The focus will be on the classroom, leaving funding and public policy for another time. Read more here.

Master Class and Performance
Accomplished young musicians from the greater Washington area perform for Trio con Brio Copenhagen, followed by Q&A and a discussion of interpretation and technique.
Kreeger Museum (on Foxhall Rd map)
Metro: located in DC but not really accessible by bus or metro so you'll need to drive or take a taxi if you want to attend, it's a great museum but not easy to get to. I splurged and took a taxi from near the Cathedral where the bus dropped me when I went.

Classical Performance - Youth Orchestra

Maestro Jesus Manuel Berard will conduct the DC Youth Orchestra in a performance of
Dvořák acclaimed Symphony No. 9 in E minor, "From the New World" at the Kennedy Center Terrace Theater as part of the Kids Euro Festival.

Friday Morning Music Club performs classical works by Chopin, Schubert, Brahms and others. - including a piece by Saint-Saens for piano with four hands, something you don't get to see often!

Author Gordon A. Martin, Jr., who was one of the Justice Department's trial attorneys assigned to the help shape the federal case against Lynd, will discuss his book. Signing will follow.
