This Sunday along Carroll Avenue, the streets of Takoma Park will be filled with music, artisans, community groups, food vendors and a variety of green companies. Kids also love the festival with kids activities, face-painting and fun!
If you missed Bele Bele at the Greenbelt Rhythm & Drum Festival you can catch them at noon at the Takoma Park Street Festival |
"Shoppers will find paintings, photographs, pottery, silk-screening, soaps, stained glass, jewelry, wood-working, textiles, ceramics, kids’ items and much, much more!"
Music lovers will not be disappointed. The festival has three stages that play host to 18 popular, local bands performing music from indie folk, rock, blues, country, reggae and everything in between!

Recommend checking out the Bele Bele Rhythm Collective "an intergenerational group of women from DC and surrounding areas who have come together to form a sisterhood of the drum" with "DrumLady" Kristen Arant at 12:00pm on the Columbia Stage, near Capitol City Cheesecake, 7071 Carroll Ave.
