The 5x5 Project: Soda_Jerk: Hollywood Burn

Hollywood Burn is Soda_Jerk's narrative feature constructed entirely from hundreds of sampled audiovisual fragments. In this anti-copyright epic, Elvis Presley and a league of video pirates are pitted against the evil tyrant Moses and his Copyright Commandments. Read more on the 5x5 site here.

Join Arlington Philharmonic for their opening concert of their 2014-2015 season, “Music for Dance!” Repertoire includes a variety of dance pieces by Fauré, Kodály, and Ginastera and features DC-based violinist Emil Chudnovsky performing the celebrated Tchaikovsky violin concerto. Considered one of the most challenging and hauntingly beautiful pieces in violin literature, this performance is not to be missed!
