Renowned self-management expert, Joy Baldridge, author of “The Fast-Forward MBA in Selling” and “Pure Joy,” joins Sister Jenna for a conversation on listening and the deeper importance of refining this skill in order to live a more joyful and successful life.
"Listening is a gift that you give to yourself and others. In this... interactive session you will learn how to be a good listener. You will take the Listening Quiz to determine how well you listen and the ways you can improve. Good listeners learn faster, make fewer mistakes, build strong, trusted relationships and are held in high regard."
Joy has appeared in many publications including: Time Out New York, Working Mother, SUCCEED and American Health and has been a guest on many radio programs.
Sister Jenna is the director and founder of the Meditation Museum and the host of the America Meditating Radio Program. You can listen a recent program featuring Joy and sister Jenna on the America Meditating Radio Show.
If you haven't been to the Meditation Museum before, this unique space hosts lots of free workshops and events and also features a unique art museum with pictures, posters, paintings and sculptures, designed to remind us of our true, highest selves and our responsibility to humanity.
To see a list of upcoming free workshops and events at the museum, please visit their website at MeditationMuseum.org. You can also stay connected to the museum and their upcoming events through Meetup, facebook and twitter.
