Start the day off with a free Qi-Gong class at the ECAC from 9 to 10:30am. The ECAC is located at 733 Euclid St, NW, near Banneker High and Howard University. Metro is not that close, you can take a bus along Georgia Ave from U St metro or bike, taxi or walk about 10 blocks or so from Columbia Heights.
